If all the items are available, your order will reach you with in 2 working days, from the moment we will advise the dispatch, in most addresses in Greece.
If your address is “difficult to be reached", by the courier, the time of delivery is increased to 3-4 working days.
The on-line shop www.octopus.gr is using ELTA Courier Service for the safe and speedy delivery of all orders.
The cost of dispatch is paid by you and is added to your order.
Price of the Disposed Items
The prices shown on the relevant pricelists of the on-line shop www.octopus.gr are inclusive of the applying V.A.T. (24%).
The on-line shop www.octopus.gr reserves the right to readjust the prices of the items available on the warehouses.
Return Policy
1. You have the right to return the item(s) you have purchased in the e-shop www.octopus.gr , without any obligation on your part to justify their return within fourteen (14) days following their date of delivery. In this case, we will refund you the whole amount of money we received from you (including shipping cost) within ten (10) business days as of the date we received the goods you are returning. In any other case items must be returned not later than thirty (30) days as of the date of puschase.
2. Should you wish to change the returning item(s) with an other of your choice you are kindly requested to e-mail us at sales@octopus.gr or call us at +30 210 48 21 735 mentioning all the details of the items you wish to purchase and of those you return.
3. Returned items are accepted only in the same condition that they have been delivered along with their relevant receipt or invoice. They are not accepted if their packaging has been unsealed, opened or if they have been operated/used in any way. In order to avoid any discomfort we advise you to carefully check the condition of the items delivered to you as well the fact that their packaging is sealed and intact, upon the time of delivery so you can immediately discover any possible discrepancies (broken merchandise, wrong dispatched item etc.).

4. In any case of returning item(s) you should first e-mail us at sales@octopus.gr, where you should mention your order code, your personal details including telephone number.
Special terms – Restrictions of Return

Force majeure. If, in case of “force majeure" (bad weather conditions, strikes, lack of stock etc.) we are unable to deliver your order within the prearranged time limit, we will contact you on your e-mail address so you can verify that you wish us to complete your order.
www.octopus.gr is confident about the good quality of the products disposed and backs up every purchase made on line. Any defected item should be returned within thirty (30) days from the day of delivery, inside its original packaging.
